It's not surprising that the couples who book me are often cat lovers themselves. This is true for Jeroen and Annelies, who got ready at home in the company of their two stubborn furballs. Jeroen's socks once again confirm his love for these animals, and Annelies is deeply impressed when she sees the cat socks during the first look.
After the first look, we head to Clingendael Estate in The Hague to capture wedding portraits. The park is beautiful and offers a lot of variety in terms of surroundings, making it ideal for capturing great wedding photos. Then we head to the wedding venue, The Spanish Court, where we park the car and take some time for a short photo session in the center of The Hague.
Upon returning to The Spanish Court, a small group of people has already arrived to start pre-dinner drinks. They will also be present at the dinner, where the mothers of the couple will give speeches. After dinner, new guests arrive at the wedding venue, and once everyone is ready, the ceremony begins in the grand hall. It is a beautiful ceremony where a few tears are certainly allowed. Once Jeroen and Annelies have said "I do" to each other, there's time for a brief toast, and the wedding party kicks off with a grand opening first dance.
Jeroen and Annelies, it's fantastic that you made this day so personal with all these lovely details. Thank you for the trust in allowing me to capture this special wedding for you!
